These times are approximate, depending on how each session unfolds.

FRIDAY EVENING

Students are encouraged to come Friday night to unwind, journal or meet with classmates. You may arrive as early as 4 pm and as late as 11pm. If you arrive early, you will need to bring your dinner because kitchen facilities will not be unavailable.

Follow-up exercises to the weekend topic. These ground the teaching in the body, creating a deeper understanding of the material.
