These times are approximate, depending on how each session unfolds.
Students are encouraged to come Friday night to unwind, journal or meet with classmates. You may arrive as early as 4 pm and as late as 11pm. If you arrive early, you will need to bring your dinner because kitchen facilities will not be unavailable.

Presentation and discussion of weekend topic
Lunch and individual time—walking the trails or labyrinth, sleeping, meditating in the chapel, talking with classmates.
Follow-up exercises to the weekend topic. These ground the teaching in the body, creating a deeper understanding of the material.

Group or individual activities such as gathering around the fire pit, playing music together, sharing with classmates, or spending quiet time in your room.
9:30-10:30—Working with and healing issues that have surfaced during the weekend.
10:45-12:00—Exercises to help connect with the core self and open the heart.
1:00-2:00—Wrap-up and ending song
